• www.Realtor.org - They have tons of great tips for home buyers and home sellers.
• www.Trulia.com - A great place to get ideas for any articles and see how the pros did it.
• www.Zillow.com - By subscribing you can opt in to their email program for additional post ideas
• Google the keyword phrase you want to rank for and see what comes up...you may be surprised how many different ideas for articles you may find there.

• Increase curb appeal
• Biggest mistakes you can make in trying to sell your home
• Step by steps and how to's for any project
• The "Tops" are always good one's:

• If you're feeling motivated and aren't afraid to be in front of the camera have someone take videos of you talking about any of these topics, it's a great way for new clients to feel like they know you before you even meet...building that relationship before they even call.
• Feeling techie and want to take it a step further? take a look at some of the great tips these guys offer at www.techsavvyagent.com

One of the biggest things to keep in mind is that your posts DON'T always have to be about real estate! a site that only posts things like "check out my listings" or "search now" won't get the same universal attraction as something that's happening in your community or even in your personal life...but becareful what you post, don't get TOO personal!
